Therapy for teenagers and young adults in Addison TX

We provide online therapy and life coaching for Addison, Texas residents who want support that feels warm, focused, and practical. For therapy, I’m Jeffrey. For life coaching, I’m Rebekah. We help young adults, Third Culture Kids, people with ADHD, and clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem struggles, faith questions, workplace stress, relationship concerns, and major transitions. We give you a space to slow down, be honest about what you’re carrying, and begin moving toward healing.

We’ve supported more than 500 clients, and we serve Addison through online sessions. Addison may be small, but it stays busy, with Belt Line Road restaurants, Addison Circle, office buildings, apartments, events, the Dallas North Tollway, Midway Road, and nearby North Dallas. The pace can feel social, professional, and constantly on, especially when work, relationships, and personal expectations all overlap.

We understand that Addison clients may be keeping up on the outside while feeling burned out or disconnected inside. You may need support with anxiety, focus, confidence, boundaries, or a life change that feels hard to name. We offer nonjudgmental care that helps you pause, process what’s happening, and find a healthier rhythm.

TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

If you grew up between cultures or learned to become different versions of yourself in different spaces, we know how exhausting that can become. You may be managing work, relationships, anxiety, identity questions, faith, or family expectations while feeling disconnected inside. TCK Therapy & life coaching gives you room to pause and be honest about what it has taken to keep adjusting.

We often see people become more steady as they name the tension between who others expect them to be and who they are becoming. The work can bring relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of self that feels sustainable, not dependent on performing or pleasing everyone around you.

Our sessions may explore belonging, transition, family dynamics, culture, relationships, career pressure, and the feeling of always needing to stay “on.” You can meet with us online from your apartment near Addison Circle, after work near Belt Line Road, or from your phone between commitments.
