TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

If you are an international student, immigrant, expat, or someone shaped by multiple cultures, we know how lonely it can feel to live between categories. You may be balancing school, family pressure, relationships, grief, faith, anxiety, or the feeling that you never fully fit in one place. TCK Therapy & life coaching gives you space to feel understood without having to perform or defend your story.

We often see people feel more settled as they connect the different parts of their background instead of feeling divided by them. The work can bring relief, confidence, and a clearer sense of how to move forward without needing to erase where you have been or become easier to define.

Our sessions may explore culture, family roles, college life, relationships, career direction, faith, and the pressure of adapting in different spaces. You can meet with us online from near UTA, after a day around I-30 or 360, or from a quiet spot away from the energy near AT&T Stadium. If you need local support near you, we help you feel grounded.

ANXIETY THERAPY

When your days are full of movement, anxiety can make everything feel louder. School near UTA, work, family responsibilities, I-30, 360, AT&T Stadium traffic, and constant plans can leave your nervous system feeling overloaded. Through Anxiety Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and understand what is happening underneath the stress.

Clients often begin to feel more in control of their responses and less afraid of their own anxiety. The work can bring relief, clearer thinking, and more confidence in handling pressure, uncertainty, relationships, and the fear of falling behind.

Sessions may explore panic, academic pressure, social anxiety, work stress, avoidance, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to meet expectations. We meet online, so you can join after class, after a shift, or once you have stepped away from the noise of the day. Local care near you can help you feel more grounded.

ABUSE THERAPY

Abuse can make daily life feel unsafe even when the danger is no longer obvious. You may be balancing school, work, family needs, shift schedules, or relationships while feeling hyperaware, shut down, angry, or unsure how to trust your own instincts. Through Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand the impact of what happened and begin healing at a pace that respects your nervous system.

Clients often feel less alone when they can name the fear, shame, confusion, or grief they have been carrying. The work may help you recognize patterns, rebuild boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of safety in your body, choices, and relationships.

Sessions may explore relationship trauma, family harm, emotional abuse, spiritual pain, self-worth, trust, and the pressure to keep functioning after being hurt. We meet online, so you can join after class, after a shift, or when you finally have a private hour away from the noise of the day. Local care near you can help you feel supported.

SELF-ESTEEM THERAPY

Self-esteem can take a hit when you feel like you are always behind, always being evaluated, or never quite becoming who you thought you should be. You may be balancing school, work, family, relationships, or shift schedules while carrying a quiet fear that you are failing. Through Self-Esteem Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand that fear without letting it define you.

You may begin to feel more grounded as you learn to separate your identity from mistakes, pressure, rejection, or other people’s opinions. The work can help you build a kinder inner voice, make clearer choices, and feel less controlled by comparison.

Sessions may explore academic pressure, work stress, body image, relationships, family expectations, shame, motivation, and the need to feel worthy as you are. We meet online, so support can fit after class, after work, or when you finally have a quiet hour away from the noise of the day. Local care near you can help confidence feel more stable.

ADHD THERAPY

Between school, work, family, traffic, and the energy around UTA, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, I-30, and 360, ADHD can make life feel like too many moving parts at once. You may be struggling with deadlines, emotional overwhelm, motivation, or the feeling that you are always almost caught up. Through ADHD Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help us work with that honestly.

We look at the patterns behind avoidance, distraction, impulsivity, shutdown, and self-criticism. Many clients begin to feel relief when they stop blaming themselves and start building habits, language, and support that make daily life feel more manageable.

Sessions may explore academic pressure, work stress, routines, emotional regulation, relationships, time blindness, and the fear of not reaching your potential. We meet online, so you can join after class, after a shift, or once you have stepped away from the noise of the day. Local support near you can help you feel more grounded.

DEPRESSION THERAPY

Depression can make a busy life feel strangely distant. You may be balancing campus, shift work, family responsibilities, Collins Street traffic, game-day crowds, or student apartment life while feeling like you are barely present. Through Depression Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand the heaviness instead of hiding it.

Clients often begin to feel less alone when they can name the sadness, numbness, irritability, low motivation, or hopelessness they have been carrying. The work can create small but meaningful movement toward connection, steadiness, self-compassion, and a life that feels more livable.

ANGER THERAPY

Anger can be difficult to manage when your days already feel crowded with school, work, family needs, traffic, and constant noise. You may be balancing campus life, shift work, Collins Street traffic, or long days that leave you feeling reactive before you even get home. Through Anger Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand what happens before emotions take over.

Clients often begin to feel more capable as they recognize their warning signs and the deeper emotions beneath their reactions. The work can help with repair, communication, patience, boundaries, and feeling less afraid of your own intensity.

Sessions may explore irritability, conflict, shutdown, impulsive reactions, shame, academic pressure, relationship stress, and the fear of losing control. We meet online, so support can happen after class, after a shift, or when you finally have a private hour away from the noise of the day. Local support near you can help you feel more steady.

INDIVIDIAL COUNSELING & LIFE COACHING

When life feels like too many moving parts at once, it can be hard to slow down long enough to understand what you need. Through Individual Counseling & life coaching, I (Jeffrey) provide counseling support for emotional processing, and I (Rebekah) provide life coaching support for clarity, growth, and practical next steps.

Clients often begin to feel less overwhelmed as they sort through anxiety, grief, stress, self-doubt, relationships, school pressure, or major life changes. The work can create room for both relief and direction, so you are not just surviving each week but learning how to move through life with more steadiness.

Our sessions may explore academic pressure, work stress, family expectations, faith, relationships, self-worth, and the fear of falling behind. We meet online, so you can join after class near UTA, after a shift, or once you are away from the energy around AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, I-30, or 360. Local care near you can help you feel more grounded.

GRIEF THERAPY

Grief can make a busy schedule feel unreal. You may be balancing campus life, shift work, family needs, Collins Street traffic, or game-day crowds while feeling like part of you is somewhere else entirely. Through Grief Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and give attention to the loss that daily life keeps asking you to push aside.

Clients often feel less alone when they can talk about grief without having to make it sound simple. The work can help you understand sadness, irritability, guilt, numbness, avoidance, and the way loss can affect motivation, relationships, school, work, and your body.

Sessions may explore the person or life chapter you are missing, unfinished conversations, family reactions, faith, anniversaries, loneliness, and what it means to keep going after something significant changes. We meet online, so you can join after class, after a shift, or when you finally have a quiet hour. Local care near you can help grief feel less hidden.

SEXUAL ABUSE THERAPY

Sexual abuse can affect your ability to feel present in school, work, relationships, and everyday routines. You may be moving through a full schedule while feeling hyperaware, numb, ashamed, angry, or afraid of being vulnerable. Through Sexual Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you make sense of the impact without treating your pain like something you should have already solved.

You may start to feel less afraid of your own reactions as you understand what they are connected to. Healing can include rebuilding choice, reconnecting with your body, feeling safer in relationships, and learning that your boundaries are allowed to matter.

Our sessions may explore memories, triggers, trust, dating, family responses, faith questions, grief, and the pressure to keep functioning after being hurt. We meet online, so care can happen after class, after a shift, or during a private hour away from the noise of the day. Local care near you can help you feel supported without having to hide.
