    Yes! If you live anywhere in Texas, you can access our secure online therapy sessions. It’s a flexible and convenient way to get support without commuting. For clients outside the U.S., Rebekah also offers coaching services that provide emotional support and practical tools for navigating life transitions.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Jeffrey currently accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross BlueShield. If you have one of these providers, we can help guide you through the process of using your benefits. For out-of-network clients, we can also provide superbills for potential reimbursement.

  • What if I’m not sure which therapy service I need?

    Absolutely. In your free intro call, we’ll talk through what’s been going on and help you identify the kind of therapy or support that fits your needs best. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, life transitions, or cultural identity issues, we’ll guide you with care.

  • Can I switch therapists if needed?

    We’re here to support what’s best for you. If you're seeing Jeffrey and wondering about Rebekah, note that she’s a life coach and doesn’t accept insurance, unlike Jeffrey who does. Depending on your goals and payment method, we’ll help you decide what’s most appropriate.
