TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING
If you grew up between cultures, moved often, or feel like people only understand pieces of your story, we created this space for the parts of you that feel hard to place. You may be navigating identity questions, anxiety, grief, academic pressure, faith concerns, or the feeling that you do not fully fit where you are. TCK Therapy & life coaching helps you slow down and make sense of what you have been carrying.
We often see people feel relief when they can talk about transition, culture, loss, and belonging without minimizing it. Over time, the work can help you feel more connected to yourself, more honest about what you need, and more confident in the life you are building.
Our sessions may explore family, faith, friendships, school, culture, career direction, and the emotional weight of always adapting. You can meet with us online from your dorm near UNT or TWU, your apartment off Fry Street, or your room after time on the Square. If you are looking for local support near you, we offer space to feel safe and understood.
ANXIETY THERAPY
Anxiety can make college, work, friendships, and future plans feel heavier than they need to be. If you are near UNT, TWU, Fry Street, or the Square, you may be trying to keep up with deadlines, relationships, identity questions, and decisions while your mind keeps running ahead. Through Anxiety Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you create space to breathe and make sense of what feels overwhelming.
Clients often begin to feel less trapped by their thoughts and more connected to what they actually need. The work can bring relief, emotional steadiness, and a better sense of how to move through pressure without losing yourself in it.
Sessions may explore academic stress, social anxiety, panic, perfectionism, sleep worries, family pressure, grief, and the fear of letting people down. ADHD THERAPY
College, work, creativity, relationships, and independence can all feel harder when ADHD is part of the picture. If you are juggling deadlines, friendships, identity questions, and your own expectations near UNT, TWU, Fry Street, or the Square, it can feel like your brain will not cooperate. Through ADHD Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help us sort through that with care.
We look at the difference between what you value and what ADHD makes difficult to access consistently. Many clients begin to feel more hopeful when they stop measuring themselves by shame and start building tools that support attention, energy, and emotional steadiness.
Sessions may explore motivation, task paralysis, time blindness, academic stress, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, and the fear of disappointing others. We meet online, so support can happen from your dorm, your apartment, or your phone between classes. Local care near you can make the next step feel less overwhelming.
DEPRESSION THERAPY
Depression can make it difficult to feel present, motivated, or connected, even when life around you is full of music, campus energy, coffee shops, and people making plans. You may be missing deadlines, pulling away from friends, sleeping too much or not enough, or wondering why everything feels so hard. Through Depression Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you sort through the heaviness with care.
Clients often begin to feel less alone as they name what depression has been taking from them. The work can support small shifts toward connection, self-trust, emotional steadiness, and a more compassionate understanding of what you have been experiencing.
Sessions may explore academic stress, loneliness, grief, identity questions, low motivation, self-criticism, relationships, and fear about the future. We meet online, so you can join from a campus apartment, after a late night studying, or from your phone before you have to face the rest of the day. Clients often begin to feel more honest with themselves and less alone in what they are carrying. Counseling can help you process anxiety, grief, stress, or painful patterns.
