TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

If you are an immigrant, expat, missionary kid, international student, or someone who has lived between worlds, we know how heavy it can feel to carry a story people only understand in pieces. You may be dealing with anxiety, grief, pressure to succeed, family expectations, or the feeling that everyone sees the polished version of you but not the whole person. TCK Therapy & life coaching gives you room to bring all of that into one safe place.

We often see people feel relief when they no longer have to translate every layer of who they are. Over time, the work can help you feel clearer about your values, more confident in your relationships, and more steady when making choices that affect school, work, family, faith, or the future.

Our sessions may explore cultural shifts, belonging, friendship, identity, career pressure, and the stress of always adapting. You can meet with us online from home near The Star, between commitments near Stonebriar Centre, or from your room after a full day around Preston Road. Local support near you can still feel personal, steady, and deeply human.

ANXIETY THERAPY

Anxiety can hide behind a full calendar, a strong work ethic, and the ability to keep showing up even when you feel tense inside. Between family schedules, career pressure, school demands, The Star, Stonebriar Centre, and the pace around Preston Road, it can feel like there is always something to manage. Through Anxiety Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you make room for what is happening beneath the surface.

Many clients begin to notice their thoughts, body signals, and patterns with less fear and more compassion. Over time, the work can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more able to respond instead of spiraling, shutting down, or pushing through until you burn out.

Sessions may explore worry, pressure to succeed, social anxiety, panic, relationship stress, perfectionism, family expectations, and the fear of falling behind. We meet online, so you can join from your room after practice, your apartment after errands, or a quiet space before the next commitment. Local support near you can help life feel less overwhelming.

ABUSE THERAPY

Abuse can be difficult to talk about when everything around you expects life to look polished, busy, and put together. You may be keeping up with school schedules, work pressure, neighborhood responsibilities, or family routines while privately carrying fear, confusion, shame, or emotional exhaustion. Through Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and make sense of what you have been through without judgment.

Many clients begin to feel less alone when they realize their reactions make sense in the context of what they survived. Therapy can help you understand the effects of control, criticism, neglect, manipulation, or unsafe relationships while slowly rebuilding clarity, boundaries, and self-trust.

Sessions may explore trauma responses, relationship patterns, family expectations, emotional safety, guilt, anger, faith questions, and the fear of being believed. We meet online, so you can join from a private room after a long day, between family responsibilities, or during a quiet pocket before the next commitment. Local support near you can help healing feel possible.

SELF-ESTEEM THERAPY

Confidence can feel fragile when you are surrounded by achievement, busy families, new growth, and constant expectations. You might look capable while privately feeling behind, insecure, too sensitive, or worried that you are disappointing people. Through Self-Esteem Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and look at the story you have been telling yourself about your worth. You may begin to feel more freedom from comparison and less pressure to earn approval from everyone around you. As you understand where self-doubt came from, it can become easier to trust your voice, set limits, and show up without needing to be perfect. Our sessions may move through self-criticism, rejection sensitivity, relationships, performance pressure, family expectations, and the fear of being judged. We meet online, so support can fit after a packed school night, before another weekend commitment, or from your room in one of the growing neighborhoods near Eldorado Parkway. Local support near you can help confidence feel more real and sustainable.

ADHD THERAPY

Some people with ADHD look successful on the outside while privately feeling like every day takes more effort than others realize. Packed schedules, family expectations, school demands, and the pace around The Star or Stonebriar Centre can make it feel like there is no room to fall behind. Through ADHD Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand what is happening beneath the pressure.

We look at attention, energy, emotions, and habits with more compassion and less blame. Many clients feel relief when they realize their struggles are not laziness or lack of care, and that structure can be supportive instead of critical.

We may explore overwhelm, impulsivity, burnout, planning, relationships, work, school, and self-esteem. Sessions are online, so you might meet from your room after practice, your apartment after errands on Preston Road, or a quiet corner before the next thing on your calendar. Local support near you can help life feel more manageable.

DEPRESSION THERAPY

Depression can be hard to name when life looks full from the outside. You may still be showing up for work, school, family, practices, or weekend plans while privately feeling drained, detached, or like nothing feels as meaningful as it used to. Through Depression Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and be honest about what is happening inside.

Many clients feel relief when they no longer have to minimize their sadness or explain why they are tired. Over time, therapy can help you understand the patterns, losses, pressures, and thoughts that keep you feeling stuck, while gently rebuilding connection, motivation, and emotional safety.

Sessions may move through low energy, isolation, guilt, irritability, grief, family expectations, self-esteem, and the pressure to succeed. We meet online, so you can join after a full school calendar, from a quiet room in one of the newer neighborhoods off Coit or Main Street, or when the weekend finally slows down. Local care near you can offer a steady place to begin again.

ANGER THERAPY

When life is full of schedules, expectations, and constant movement, anger can become the signal that something inside has been stretched too far. You may be moving through school calendars, packed weekends, neighborhood sports, or long days off Main Street or Coit Road while feeling irritated, reactive, or quick to shut down. Through Anger Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow the pattern down before it costs you more peace. Many clients begin to feel relief when they see anger as information, not proof that something is wrong with them. Therapy can help you understand what builds before the outburst, why certain moments feel so intense, and how to repair trust with yourself and others.Sessions may explore frustration, conflict, resentment, impulsive reactions, family stress, work pressure, relationship patterns, and the guilt that can come after losing your temper. We meet online, so you can join after practice pickup, once the weekend noise settles, or from a private space before the next commitment. Local care near you can help you feel more steady in hard moments.

INDIVIDIAL COUNSELING & LIFE COACHING

It can be easy to look like you are keeping up while privately feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step. Through Individual Counseling & life coaching, I (Jeffrey) provide emotional healing and counseling support, and I (Rebekah) provide coaching support for clarity, growth, and forward movement.

Many clients come in feeling stuck between who they are, who others expect them to be, and what they actually want. Over time, the work can bring relief, self-trust, and a clearer sense of what needs attention, whether that is grief, confidence, relationships, burnout, faith, career pressure, or a major transition.

Our sessions may make space for the parts of life that feel too full or too uncertain. We meet online, so you can join from home after a long day near The Star, between errands around Stonebriar Centre, or once the pace around Preston Road finally slows down. Local support near you can help you feel less alone and more grounded.

GRIEF THERAPY

Loss can feel especially disorienting when everyone else seems busy with school calendars, work goals, team practices, and packed weekends. You may be moving through neighborhood routines off Coit or Main Street while feeling like your inner world has slowed down or changed completely. Through Grief Therapy, I (Jeffrey) offer space to name what has been hard to carry alone.

Clients often feel supported when they no longer have to make grief look neat or predictable. Over time, therapy can help you understand waves of sadness, anger, numbness, guilt, longing, and the pressure to return to normal before you feel ready.

Sessions may explore the person, season, relationship, or version of life you are grieving, along with family expectations, faith, memories, daily triggers, and the fear that moving forward means leaving something behind. We meet online, so you can join after the kids are asleep, between commitments, or during the first quiet moment of your day. Local support near you can give grief a safe place to land.

SEXUAL ABUSE THERAPY

When something deeply personal has been violated, it can be painful to live in a world that expects you to keep showing up like nothing changed. You may be keeping up with family schedules, work, school, or neighborhood life while privately feeling guarded, ashamed, detached, or afraid of being misunderstood. Through Sexual Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you process what happened in a way that respects your pace. You may start to feel less trapped by silence and less responsible for protecting everyone else from the truth of your pain. Over time, support can help you rebuild a sense of choice, reconnect with your body, and feel more grounded in relationships, boundaries, and everyday decisions. Our sessions may move through memories, triggers, consent, trust, guilt, anger, spiritual pain, and the pressure to act “fine” before you are ready. We meet online, so you can join from a private room after a full day of commitments, once school and sports schedules settle, or during a quiet pocket in your week. Local support near you can feel safe, steady, and discreet.
