Yes, we provide virtual sessions for anyone located in Texas. If you're outside the U.S., feel free to contact us to see what options may be available.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. However, we can provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan.
What if I’m not sure which therapy service I need?
No problem! In our intro call, we’ll help you explore what kind of support might be the best fit.
Can I switch therapists if needed?
Potentially. If you're working with Jeffrey (a licensed therapist who accepts insurance) and considering Rebekah (a life coach who doesn’t take insurance), we’d help you explore if that transition makes sense. Just keep in mind that insurance cannot be used for coaching services.
