TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

If your life has been shaped by different cultures, moves, languages, or family expectations, we know how easy it can be to feel pulled in different directions. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, relationship stress, faith concerns, or the feeling that you are always adjusting to what others need. TCK Therapy & life coaching helps you reconnect with your own voice.

We often see people feel more rooted in their own story as they stop minimizing what they have lived through. The work can bring relief, self-trust, and a clearer understanding of how your resilience, losses, values, and hopes fit together without forcing your life into one simple narrative.

Our sessions may explore belonging, family dynamics, transition, culture, relationships, school, work, and what it means to build a sustainable life. You can meet with us online from home near Old Town, after time by the lake, from your phone between classes, or after a commute on I-35E. Local support near you can help you feel understood without over-explaining.

ANXIETY THERAPY

Anxiety can make it difficult to enjoy the parts of life that are supposed to feel good. Work, school, family, lake weekends, Old Town plans, I-35E traffic, and the pressure to stay on top of everything can leave you feeling tense, distracted, or emotionally drained. Through Anxiety Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand what is happening inside instead of forcing yourself to push through.

Clients often begin to feel more patient with themselves and more capable of responding to stress in healthier ways. The work can bring relief, clearer boundaries, and a steadier sense of self when worry, panic, or overthinking start to take over.

Sessions may explore time pressure, social anxiety, family stress, avoidance, sleep worries, perfectionism, relationship fears, and emotional overwhelm. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home from the lake and ready to reset. Local support near you can help you feel more steady.

ABUSE THERAPY

Abuse can change the way you experience home, relationships, routines, and even your own thoughts. You may be managing work, school, family, or familiar weekly plans while quietly carrying fear, sadness, anger, or the sense that you should be “over it” by now. Through Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and honor what your mind and body have been holding.

Clients often begin to feel more compassion for themselves as they understand the impact of what they survived. The work can help you rebuild boundaries, recognize unsafe patterns, reconnect with your voice, and begin feeling more secure in your choices.

Sessions may explore emotional abuse, relationship trauma, family dynamics, shame, grief, spiritual pain, trust, and the process of feeling safe again. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home and ready for quiet. Local support near you can feel steady and private.

SELF-ESTEEM THERAPY

Low self-worth can make you question whether you are doing enough, being enough, or becoming enough. You may be balancing work, school, family, relationships, and weekly routines while quietly feeling insecure or emotionally tired. Through Self-Esteem Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you look at the patterns that keep you doubting yourself.

You may start to feel more patient with yourself and less dependent on outside validation. Healing can help you challenge harsh self-talk, trust your own needs, and build confidence in small, steady ways that fit the life you actually live.

Sessions may explore comparison, rejection, boundaries, motivation, family messages, body image, relationships, and the pressure to keep pretending you are fine. We meet online, so support can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home and ready for privacy. Local support near you can help you feel more steady in yourself.

ADHD THERAPY

When ADHD affects your routines, emotions, and follow-through, even normal days can feel harder than they look. You may be balancing work, school, family, lake weekends, Old Town plans, I-35E traffic, and the pressure to stay on top of everything. Through ADHD Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help us understand why things feel so difficult and what could feel more sustainable.

We move away from shame and toward practical self-understanding. Many clients begin to feel more patient with themselves, more organized in small ways, and more confident asking for what they need instead of pretending everything is fine.

Sessions may explore time blindness, procrastination, emotional overwhelm, planning, motivation, burnout, relationship stress, and routines that actually fit your life. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home from the lake and ready to reset. Local support near you can help you feel more steady.

DEPRESSION THERAPY

Depression can make it hard to enjoy the parts of life that are supposed to feel comforting. Work, school, family neighborhoods, Main Street plans, 121 or I-35E commutes, and weekend lake routines can keep your schedule moving while your energy, motivation, or sense of connection feels low. Through Depression Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you make room for what you have been trying to push through.

Clients often begin to feel more understood as they talk through the sadness, numbness, guilt, irritability, or isolation that depression can bring. Therapy can support small, sustainable shifts toward self-compassion, steadier routines, and more connection to yourself and others.

Sessions may explore grief, burnout, relationships, family pressure, sleep, self-esteem, motivation, and the fear that things will not change. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home and ready for quiet. Local care near you can help you feel more steady.

ANGER THERAPY

Anger can show up when life keeps asking you to adjust, manage, and keep going without enough space to reset. Work, school, family neighborhoods, I-35E traffic, and weekly routines can make frustration build until it feels bigger than the moment itself. Through Anger Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand the pattern with honesty and care.

Clients often begin to feel less ashamed as they see what anger is protecting, signaling, or asking them to address. Therapy can help you create space before reacting, communicate more clearly, and build routines that make emotional steadiness more possible.

Sessions may explore irritability, resentment, family stress, relationship conflict, burnout, guilt, boundaries, and the fear of repeating old patterns. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home and ready for quiet. Local care near you can help you feel more grounded and less reactive.

INDIVIDIAL COUNSELING & LIFE COACHING

When you feel pulled in several directions, it can be hard to know what needs attention first. Through Individual Counseling & life coaching, I (Jeffrey) provide counseling for the emotional weight you are carrying, and I (Rebekah) provide coaching for the goals, choices, and changes you want to move toward.

Clients often begin to feel more relief, more clarity, and more permission to be honest about what is no longer working. Counseling may help with anxiety, grief, relationship pain, or stress. Coaching may help with confidence, direction, routines, and building a life that feels more sustainable.

Our sessions may explore family expectations, faith, work stress, self-trust, boundaries, motivation, and the need to feel grounded again. We meet online, so support can happen after a commute on I-35E, from home near Old Town, between classes, or after time by the lake. Local support near you can help you feel less overwhelmed and more steady.

GRIEF THERAPY

Grief can change how familiar routines feel. A commute on I-35E, plans along Main Street, family neighborhoods, or weekends that used to feel restful may now bring up sadness, numbness, or memories you did not expect. Through Grief Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you sit with what hurts without forcing it into a timeline.

Clients often begin to feel less pressure to “move on” and more permission to grieve honestly. Therapy can help you understand sadness, guilt, anger, loneliness, emotional fatigue, and the strange mix of wanting life to feel normal while knowing it has changed.

Sessions may explore the relationship or season you are grieving, family responses, faith, routines, anniversaries, regrets, and the ways loss affects motivation and connection. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home and ready for quiet. Local support near you can feel gentle and steady.

SEXUAL ABUSE THERAPY

Sexual abuse can change how you experience closeness, privacy, family, dating, and even moments that should feel calm. You may be managing school, work, home life, or weekly routines while quietly carrying fear, sadness, anger, or a sense that you should be “past it” by now. Through Sexual Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you honor what your mind and body have been holding.

You may begin to feel more compassion for the ways you learned to survive. Healing can include naming what happened, rebuilding boundaries, understanding triggers, and feeling more connected to yourself without forcing the process into someone else’s timeline.

Our sessions may explore safety, grief, trust, body awareness, faith questions, relationship patterns, shame, and the parts of daily life that still feel affected. We meet online, so care can fit after a commute, between classes, or once you are home and ready for privacy. Local support near you can feel steady and discreet.
