Therapy for teenagers and young adults in Plano, TX

We provide online therapy and life coaching for Plano, Texas, residents who want a safe, compassionate space to feel heard, understood, and supported. For therapy, I’m Jeffrey. For life coaching, I’m Rebekah. We help young adults, Third Culture Kids, people with ADHD, and clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem struggles, faith questions, career uncertainty, and major life transitions. As part of the North Texas community, we’re here to walk with you in a way that feels practical, personal, and deeply respectful of your story.

We’ve supported more than 500 clients, and we continue to serve Plano through online sessions. Plano has its own rhythm, from Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy to Downtown Plano, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, Preston Road, Legacy Drive, and the Dallas North Tollway. Life here can feel full, with family routines, school schedules, corporate careers, long commutes, and the constant pressure to keep everything moving.

We understand how easy it can be to look like you’re doing fine while feeling overwhelmed underneath. Plano clients often come to us when they’re tired of carrying stress alone, struggling with focus, questioning their next step, or trying to feel more grounded in who they are. We offer support that is warm, nonjudgmental, and realistic, so you can slow down, understand what you’re carrying, and move toward healing with more clarity.

TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

If you grew up between cultures, moved often, or feel like “home” is harder to explain than it should be, we created this space for you. You may be carrying identity questions, family expectations, anxiety, grief, or the feeling that you are always adjusting to fit the room. Through TCK Therapy & life coaching, we help you bring the full story forward, including the parts other people may not fully understand.

We often see people begin to feel less divided, more grounded, and more able to name what they need without guilt. The goal is not to simplify your background. It is to help you feel safer inside it, with more clarity around your relationships, values, faith, school, career, and sense of belonging.

Our sessions may move through culture, transition, family roles, loss, identity, and the quiet exhaustion of always adapting. You can meet with us online from home near Legacy West, after a walk through Arbor Hills, or from your phone after sitting in Dallas North Tollway traffic. If you are looking for local support near you, we offer a space where your story does not have to be over-explained.

ANXIETY THERAPY

When your mind keeps racing even after the day is over, it can feel hard to rest, focus, or trust yourself. You may be carrying worry about work, school, relationships, family expectations, or the pressure to keep everything looking together. Through Anxiety Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and understand what your anxiety is trying to protect you from, without letting it run your life.

Clients often begin to feel more space between the fear and their response. The work can bring relief, steadier emotions, and more confidence in handling uncertainty, decisions, conflict, and the moments when your body feels on high alert.

Sessions may explore overthinking, panic, avoidance, perfectionism, people-pleasing, sleep stress, boundaries, and the pressure to keep moving. We meet online, so support can fit after work near Legacy West, after a walk through Arbor Hills, or once you are home from Dallas North Tollway traffic. Local care near you can help your days feel more grounded.

ABUSE THERAPY

When you have been hurt, controlled, manipulated, threatened, or made to feel small, it can change the way you move through everyday life. You may look functional on the outside while carrying fear, shame, confusion, anger, or a deep sense of disconnection. Through Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you process what happened in a space where you do not have to defend your pain or make it easier for anyone else to understand.

Clients often begin to feel relief when they can name the impact of abuse without being blamed, rushed, or questioned. The work can help you reconnect with your own voice, understand the patterns you survived, rebuild self-trust, and feel safer in your body, relationships, and choices.

Sessions may explore emotional abuse, manipulation, family harm, spiritual wounds, relationship trauma, boundaries, guilt, fear, and the process of feeling like yourself again. We meet online, so support can fit into a private moment at home near Parker Road, after a long workday, or once the house is finally quiet. Local care near you can give you a steady place to begin healing.

SELF-ESTEEM THERAPY

Living with low self-worth can make you question yourself even when you are doing your best. You may compare yourself to others, replay conversations, avoid opportunities, or feel like you have to prove your value at work, school, home, or in relationships. Through Self-Esteem Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand the beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself.

Over time, you may start to feel less controlled by criticism, perfectionism, or the fear of not being enough. The work can help you notice your strengths more honestly, speak to yourself with more compassion, and make decisions from a place of self-respect instead of fear.

We may explore shame, people-pleasing, comparison, family messages, identity, boundaries, faith, and the pressure to look successful while feeling unsure inside. Sessions are online, so you can meet from a quiet space after a long day near Park Boulevard, after errands around Preston and Plano Parkway, or once your evening finally slows down. Local care near you can help you feel more grounded in who you are.

ADHD THERAPY

When focus, time, emotions, or follow-through feel harder than they should, it can start to affect how you see yourself. You may be doing your best to keep up with work, school, family, or responsibilities, but still feel scattered, behind, overwhelmed, or frustrated with your own brain. Through ADHD Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you look at what is happening without shame.

Clients often begin to feel more organized internally, more patient with themselves, and more able to build rhythms that fit their real life. We may talk about motivation, emotional regulation, procrastination, routines, self-trust, and the pressure to look fine when everything feels busy underneath.

Sessions happen online, so support can fit into your day whether you are near Legacy West, winding down after time at Arbor Hills, or finally home after Dallas North Tollway traffic. If you are looking for local care near you, we can make space for clarity, steadiness, and practical next steps.

DEPRESSION THERAPY

When getting through the day takes more energy than people realize, it can feel lonely to keep pretending you are fine. You may be moving through work, family, school, or responsibilities while feeling numb, heavy, disconnected, or disappointed in yourself. Through Depression Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you make space for what has been difficult to carry alone.

Clients often begin to feel small moments of relief as they stop judging themselves for struggling. The work may help you understand the sadness, exhaustion, guilt, low motivation, or hopelessness underneath the surface and begin reconnecting with steadiness, self-compassion, and a sense of possibility.

Sessions may explore grief, burnout, identity, loneliness, relationships, faith, self-worth, and the pressure to keep moving even when you feel empty. We meet online, so care can fit after a long day near Parker Road, during a quiet evening in west Plano, or once the house settles after school pickup and errands. Local support near you can help you feel less alone.

ANGER THERAPY

Anger can feel confusing when it comes out bigger than you intended, or when you hold it in until it turns into resentment, shutdown, or guilt. You may be managing work, family, school, or responsibilities near Parker Road, Preston Road, or busy neighborhood routines while feeling like your patience is always running low. Through Anger Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand what is underneath the reaction, not just the reaction itself.

Clients often begin to feel more aware of the feelings that show up before anger takes over. The work can help you recognize stress, hurt, fear, exhaustion, or unmet needs, so you can respond with more clarity instead of exploding, withdrawing, or replaying the same conflict afterward.

Sessions may explore triggers, communication, boundaries, shame, family patterns, relationship tension, emotional regulation, and the pressure to keep everything under control. We meet online, so care can fit after work, during a private break, or once the house finally gets quiet. Local support near you can help anger feel less overwhelming and more understandable.

INDIVIDIAL COUNSELING & LIFE COACHING

When life feels heavy, confusing, or harder to manage than people around you realize, you may need a space where you can stop performing and be honest about what is really going on. Through Individual Counseling & life coaching, I (Jeffrey) support the counseling side, and I (Rebekah) support the life coaching side, helping you work through anxiety, grief, self-doubt, stress, transitions, identity questions, and the pressure to keep everything together.

Clients often begin to feel more relief as they name what has been weighing on them and start understanding their patterns with less shame. Counseling can create space for healing and emotional processing, while coaching can help you clarify direction, build confidence, and take grounded steps toward the life you want.

Our sessions may explore relationships, faith, family pressure, work stress, self-worth, decision-making, and what it means to feel steady again. We meet online, so support can fit into your day after time at Legacy West, once you are home from the Dallas North Tollway, or during a quiet moment after a walk at Arbor Hills. Local care near you can feel personal, calm, and practical.

GRIEF THERAPY

Grief can make ordinary routines feel unfamiliar, even when life around you keeps moving. You may be trying to work, care for family, answer messages, or sit through quiet evenings near Parker Road or Spring Creek Parkway while carrying a loss that changes how everything feels. Through Grief Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you make room for what you are missing, without rushing you to be “okay.”

Clients often begin to feel relief when grief has a place to be spoken honestly. The work may help you understand sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, regret, faith questions, and the strange moments when life looks normal but feels completely different inside.

Sessions may explore the relationship you lost, the life you are adjusting to now, family dynamics, loneliness, memories, anniversaries, and what it means to keep living with love and pain in the same heart. We meet online, so support can fit into a quiet morning at home, after a long commute, or when the house finally settles. Local care near you can help grief feel less isolating.

SEXUAL ABUSE THERAPY

Sexual abuse can leave you feeling disconnected from your body, unsure of your own instincts, or afraid to trust what you remember and feel. You may still be going to work, managing family life, or moving through normal routines while carrying fear, shame, anger, numbness, or confusion underneath. Through Sexual Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) offer a private space where your experience can be held with care and without blame.

You may begin to feel more permission to believe yourself, move at your own pace, and stop minimizing what happened. Healing can feel like slowly reclaiming your voice, noticing your body with less fear, and understanding that your reactions are not weakness but part of how you survived.

Our sessions may explore safety, boundaries, trust, intimacy, faith questions, self-worth, triggers, and the parts of daily life that still feel affected by what happened. We meet online, so support can fit into a private moment at home after the day quiets down, away from busy routines around Parker Road or Spring Creek Parkway. Local care near you can help you feel less alone in the healing process.
