    Yes, we offer virtual sessions primarily for Texas residents, and in some cases, for clients abroad depending on local telehealth regulations.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We are an out-of-network provider, but we can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • What if I’m not sure which therapy service I need?

    That’s completely okay. During your free intro call, we’ll explore your needs together and recommend a starting point.

  • Can I switch therapists if needed?

    We’ll always prioritize your well-being, but please note: Rebekah is a life coach and does not accept insurance, while Jeffrey is a therapist who does. If you're looking for therapy covered by insurance, switching from Jeffrey to Rebekah won't be possible.
