Therapy for teenagers and young adults in Richardson TX

We provide online therapy and life coaching for Richardson, Texas residents who want thoughtful, compassionate support through stress, transition, and personal growth. For therapy, I’m Jeffrey. For life coaching, I’m Rebekah. We help young adults, Third Culture Kids, people with ADHD, and clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity questions, self-esteem struggles, faith concerns, career decisions, and relationship stress. We create a space where your story is taken seriously and your next steps can feel less overwhelming.

We’ve supported more than 500 clients, and we serve Richardson through online sessions. Richardson brings together university life, tech and business corridors, established neighborhoods, UT Dallas, CityLine, the Eisemann Center near Galatyn Park, US-75, and the George Bush Turnpike. It’s a place where students, professionals, families, and people from many backgrounds often live in the middle of change, pressure, and possibility.

We understand that Richardson clients may feel pulled between school, work, family expectations, cultural identity, and the need to feel understood. You may be trying to figure out who you are while also keeping up with responsibilities. We offer a calm, nonjudgmental place to process those layers and build a more confident, grounded way forward.

TCK THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

If your story crosses cultures, countries, languages, or communities, you may be carrying more than most people notice. You might feel caught between expectations, unsure where you fully belong, or tired from constantly adapting. TCK Therapy & life coaching creates room for the identity questions, anxiety, grief, faith concerns, and family pressure that can come with growing up between worlds.

We often see people feel more emotionally safe when they can name what has been confusing or heavy. The work can bring relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of self that does not depend on fitting neatly into one category or proving that your experience was “hard enough” to matter.

Our sessions may explore culture, family, friendship, school pressure, career direction, and what it means to have more than one version of home. You can meet with us online from near UT Dallas, CityLine, Galatyn Park, or after a long drive on US-75. If you need local support near you, we help you process your story without having to over-explain it.

ANXIETY THERAPY

When anxiety follows you from one responsibility to the next, even small decisions can feel heavy. School pressure near UT Dallas, work around CityLine, and long drives on US-75 can add to the feeling that your nervous system never fully powers down. Through Anxiety Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand the thoughts, fears, and body responses that keep you stuck in survival mode.

Clients often begin to feel more steady as they learn to name what is happening before it takes over. The work can bring more emotional safety, clearer thinking, and a stronger ability to move through uncertainty without feeling controlled by it.

Sessions may explore racing thoughts, panic, avoidance, academic stress, work pressure, relationship fears, family expectations, and the need to feel in control. We meet online from wherever you have privacy, whether that is near Galatyn Park, after class, or once you are finally home from traffic. Local care near you can help you feel less alone in the anxiety.

ABUSE THERAPY

If you have experienced abuse, you may still be dealing with its effects long after the situation ended. You might notice anxiety, numbness, people-pleasing, distrust, panic, shame, or difficulty knowing what you are allowed to need. Through Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you create space for what happened and how it is still affecting your life now.

Clients often feel relief when they can talk openly without being minimized or told to “just move on.” The work may help you understand emotional triggers, relationship fears, family dynamics, spiritual pain, and the ways your body learned to protect you.

Sessions may explore boundaries, safety, grief, anger, identity, trust, and the slow process of reclaiming your own voice. We meet online, so care can happen after class, after a workday near Campbell Road, or from a quiet space once you are away from Central Expressway traffic. Local care near you can help you feel supported and believed.

SELF-ESTEEM THERAPY

Self-doubt can become exhausting when you are trying to keep up with school, work, family, and the pressure to figure out your future. You may second-guess your choices, minimize your needs, or feel like everyone else is more prepared than you are. Through Self-Esteem Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you understand how those patterns formed and how they are affecting your life now.

Bit by bit, you may feel more able to separate your worth from productivity, grades, approval, or other people’s reactions. The work can help you feel steadier in conversations, more honest about your needs, and less afraid of taking up space.

Sessions may explore identity, shame, comparison, perfectionism, family roles, friendship stress, faith questions, and the inner critic that follows you into daily life. We meet online, so care can happen after a late night studying, between work shifts, or from a private space near the Telecom Corridor. Local care near you can help you feel less alone in the self-doubt.

ADHD THERAPY

If your mind feels like it is always jumping ahead, losing track, or trying to hold too many tabs open at once, daily life can become exhausting. School pressure near UT Dallas, work demands around CityLine, and the movement along US-75 can make ADHD feel even harder to manage. Through ADHD Therapy, I (Jeffrey) give us space to understand the struggle without turning it into a character flaw.

We look at why you freeze, avoid, rush, forget, overthink, or feel emotionally flooded. Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, more capable, and more able to create structure that feels supportive rather than restrictive.

Sessions may move through executive functioning, emotional regulation, task initiation, shame, communication, and the tension between potential and follow-through. You can meet online between classes, after work near Galatyn Park, or once you are back home from a long commute. Local care near you can help you feel less stuck.

DEPRESSION THERAPY

When depression settles in, even normal routines can feel harder to start, finish, or care about. Late study nights, office-heavy days, apartment life, and long drives through Campbell Road or Central Expressway can keep life moving while your inner world feels slow, flat, or overwhelmed. Through Depression Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you look at what has been weighing on you without shame.

Clients often begin to feel more understood as they put words to emotions they have been pushing down or avoiding. The work can bring more clarity around grief, stress, loneliness, self-criticism, and the loss of interest that can make life feel distant or heavy.

Sessions may explore motivation, sleep, relationships, academic pressure, work stress, family expectations, faith questions, and the feeling of going through the motions. We meet online, so support can happen after class, after a long workday, or once you are finally home and have enough privacy to talk. Local support near you can help the next step feel possible.

ANGER THERAPY

Anger can show up when your mind and body have been carrying too much for too long. Between classes, workdays, apartment life, Campbell Road traffic, or responsibilities that do not pause, you may notice yourself snapping, shutting down, or feeling tense even when you do not want to. Through Anger Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you look at the stress and hurt underneath the surface.

Clients often begin to feel more in control when they understand what happens before anger takes over. The work can bring more emotional space, better communication, and a stronger ability to respond instead of reacting from pressure, fear, or exhaustion.

Sessions may explore triggers, shame, conflict, family dynamics, boundaries, resentment, emotional flooding, and the fear of becoming someone you do not want to be. We meet online, so support can happen after class, after a long day near Central Expressway, or from a quiet room where you can actually exhale. Local support near you can help you feel less stuck in the cycle.

INDIVIDIAL COUNSELING & LIFE COACHING

When your responsibilities keep moving but your inner world feels stuck, it can be hard to know where to begin. Through Individual Counseling & life coaching, I (Jeffrey) offer counseling for the emotional pieces that need care, and I (Rebekah) offer coaching for the goals, decisions, and next steps that need clarity.

Clients often begin to feel safer naming what they have been carrying. Some need room to process anxiety, grief, relationship pain, or identity questions. Others need support making decisions, building confidence, and creating a more sustainable rhythm. We hold space for both the healing and the movement forward.

Our sessions may explore school pressure, career direction, family expectations, faith, relationships, self-esteem, and the stress of trying to function while feeling overwhelmed. We meet online from wherever you have privacy, whether you are near UT Dallas, CityLine, Galatyn Park, or finally home after US-75 traffic. Local care near you can feel steady and human.

GRIEF THERAPY

Grief can follow you into classrooms, office days, apartment evenings, and drives through Campbell Road or Central Expressway. You may still be functioning on the outside while feeling stunned, detached, angry, or unsure how to talk about what changed. Through Grief Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and give the loss more room than daily life often allows.

Clients often begin to feel less alone as they realize their grief does not have to follow a timeline. The work can bring relief, emotional safety, and language for the sadness, guilt, confusion, or numbness that may come in waves.

Sessions may explore memories, unfinished conversations, family roles, faith questions, loneliness, identity shifts, and the practical changes that come after loss. We meet online, so care can happen after class, after work, or once you are finally in a private space where you can breathe. Local care near you can help you feel held while you process what happened.

SEXUAL ABUSE THERAPY

After sexual abuse, it can be hard to know what is yours to carry and what never should have been placed on you. You may be dealing with anxiety, shutdown, body tension, flashbacks, relationship fears, or the feeling that your life kept moving while part of you stayed stuck. Through Sexual Abuse Therapy, I (Jeffrey) help you slow down and make space for what has been pushed aside.

You may feel relief when you no longer have to explain your pain perfectly or prove that it matters. Healing can include understanding your nervous system, rebuilding trust in your own boundaries, and feeling more connected to yourself after a season of feeling distant or divided inside.

Our sessions may explore safety, shame, family responses, dating, intimacy, faith, anger, and the moments when daily stress brings the past closer. We meet online, so care can happen after class, after work, or once you are away from the rush around Campbell Road or Central Expressway. Local care near you can give your story room to be heard.
